For years, Nalle Hukkataival returned to a single granite boulder in the forest near Lappnor, Finland. The line he saw there was harder than anything ever climbed, and this film documents the multi-year obsession that ended in Burden of Dreams, the world's first V17 (9A) boulder problem.

Bouldering films rarely capture what projecting at the absolute limit actually looks like, which is mostly falling off the same move hundreds of times. The Lappnor Project makes that repetition gripping. Between attempts, Hukkataival talks about doubt, aging, and the fear of being defined by one unclimbed rock, with cameos from Jimmy Webb and Daniel Woods, who came, tried, and left humbled.
